- Start with the Charcoal Detox Bar - while showering, vigorously rub the bar along your underarms. Allow to soak into skin for 1 minute. Rinse with warm water. Repeat once more. After showering, pat dry, and follow up with a pea sized amount of the Deodorant Balm under each arm.
