THE HARNAY Hyzulene Toner 200ml features chamomile flower water and hydrolyzed collagen (10,000 ppm) for moisturizing skin care.
Glycerin, beta-glucan, polyglutamic acid, and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid help attract and retain moisture for softer, more supple-feeling skin.
Panthenol and centella extract complement soothing care. The formula also contains sodium guaiazulene sulfonate (30 ppm), alongside chamomile, heartleaf, and other botanical extracts.
