The Lab Standard

Not another huge catalogue.
A skincare lab.

Most beauty retailers add everything that sells. We do the opposite: we start from a skin concern, look at the evidence and the ingredient list, and keep only what a skin professional would actually recommend, especially for sensitive and reactive skin.

Five criteria

Every product on our shelf has to pass all five.

01

Proven actives

Ingredients with real research behind them (ceramides, centella, niacinamide, azelaic acid, retinal, PDRN), used at a level that can actually do something.

02

Tolerance first

We read every INCI list for common irritants: fragrance load, essential oils, drying alcohols, harsh surfactants. For reactive skin, gentle beats strong.

03

Clinic logic

Chosen by aesthetic professionals who treat skin every day and know what calms it after laser, peels and microneedling. Professionals, not algorithms.

04

One clear job

Every product must solve a named concern and fit a simple routine. If we can't explain why you need it in one sentence, it doesn't make the shelf.

05

Authentic & fair

Authentic products only, shipped from Canada, the US and Korea, priced honestly with no inflated "regular" prices.

What we look for

  • Dermocosmetic and K-derma labs with clinical testing on sensitive skin
  • Barrier-supporting bases: ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids, panthenol
  • Concentrations and percentages stated openly
  • Textures people actually finish, at prices people can repeat
  • Formulas that work alongside professional treatments

What we leave out (the fluff)

  • Miracle claims and fear-based "free-from" marketing
  • Heavily fragranced face care for reactive skin
  • Ten-step routines built to sell more steps
  • Trend products with no clear job or evidence
  • Fake markdowns and "compare at" pricing games
How a product gets in

Our curation process

Start from the concern

We map what clients ask us about most: reactivity, redness, barrier damage, breakouts, pigmentation, recovery after treatments.

Read the formula

Actives, their position in the INCI list, the base, and potential irritants. Marketing copy comes last.

Clinic perspective

Would a medispa professional recommend it to a client with this concern, including before or after a treatment?

Keep it simple

The product has to fit our Calm, Treat, Repair, Protect routine logic. Then it earns its place on the shelf.
