Lightly mist your mat after practice and wipe with a soft, clean cloth. Let it air dry fully before rolling it up. For a deeper clean after hot or sweaty sessions, spray a little more and let it sit for 30 seconds before wiping. Shake well before each use and store away from direct sunlight.
