The gentle pressure of jade rolling and gua sha massage helps the face feel relaxed and refreshed, like a short massage for your skin. After washing your face, roll from the chin upwards over the lower face, then work up and outwards in both directions, taking care around the delicate under-eye area. Glide the gua sha gently along the jawline and cheeks. Use for two to four minutes, once in the morning and once in the evening, and finish with a soothing upward roll between the eyebrows and the hairline.
