This soothing blend combines Epsom salt and Himalayan salt with dried elderberries, calendula flowers and rose petals, then layers in frankincense, rose and cypress essential oils. Epsom salt contains natural minerals that make a bath feel calming and restorative, while the herbs and flowers turn the tub into a beautiful, aromatic ritual. The gentle, calming fragrance is designed to help you wind down before bed.
Sprinkle a handful of bath salt into warm running water and swirl to dissolve. Soak for 15–20 minutes, breathing in the calming aroma, then rinse and pat skin dry. For a mess-free bath, place the salts in a muslin bag before adding them to the tub. For external use only.
